I had a bit of an emergency, a leaky toilet, just as I was going to go away. I rang them and spoke to a very pleasant lady in the office who gave me an appointment for the next day. Ben duly arrived, a very cheerful plumber, who replaced faulty parts and made the pipe work better than new. All fixed. Hayden Bolton went beyond the call of duty in installing a water softener and Quooker boiling water tap, it turned into a tricky job with existing appliances, he worked a full day until 8.00 and returned on Saturday to install the Quooker, which again ended up being very complicated with existing appliances, another long day for poor Hayden!....he is very knowledgeable, tidy, experienced with an extremely good work ethic.
