I had the pleasure of an Osteopathy appointment with Amy Cozens at the Sidmouth branch today. I’ve had a painful / stiff neck / upper body for years. This was my first appointment and can honestly say Amy was incredibly professional and has eased the pain considerably. I can thoroughly recommend Amy and regret not going before!!

I have had some pilates sessions with Alice to learn some exercises to strengthen my core, following back and neck problems. I have found the one to one experience very useful to focus on my specific problems and the exercises are proving to be helpful in increasing back mobility and reducing pain and making me generally more aware of my posture.

Had a last minute appointment with Amy Cozens today to sort out a very sore back. She was brilliant. Always checking I was comfortable with the treatment and really helpful with exercise recommendations. I have no hesitation in recommending Amy

Steve listened really well to my symptoms and took a thorough history. He made good points about why my previous approach had not been sorting my Achilles issues and gave clear instructions regarding a recovery pathway. An excellent service all round.

Amy Cozens is professional as well as friendly and put me at ease straightaway. She gave me a really deep neck and shoulder treatment, including my face to relieve headaches that I have been experiencing and I would recommend her and the clinic in Sidford without hesitation.

Bad back sorted pretty rapidly. great knowledge of 'why' it happened shared and what I can do to prevent this happening again. I would recommend them and also do the exercises you know you should they recommend! - it will definitely speed up improvement.

I have visited the Osteopathy and Physio clinic in Sidmouth. I need surgery on both knees but, but because of age and health problems this cannot be undertaken. Steve McMullen has provided osteopathic treatment which has been extremely helpful in keeping me reasonably mobile. Tony Chivers

I had an amazing treatment with an Osteopath, Amy Cozens, today at the Sidmouth branch and it was wonderful. I had a really sore neck and she took the time to understand the problem and talked me through the whole treatment - making sure I was really comfortable throughout. I'm already looking forward to our next treatment!

This was my first appointment with Oliver and at this practice. I have been suffering with tight hip and lower back muscles. Oliver diagnosed the problem quickly and set out the treatment plan. I was very pleased with the initial treatment and it felt like he had really targeted the affected area. I will have a follow up treatment next week. In summary a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the practice to anyone needing Osteo or Physio treatment.

Went in today and was treated by alice foster as had a stiff neck and shoulder. She was kind and welcoming. Only had a short massage but the tension in kneck and shoulder's is completely gone feels so much better would highly recommend to anyone.
