I took a broken wheelchair to Sidmouth Mobility Services. David was very helpful and the Wheelchair repaired in two days. He was very helpful and informative about other Mobility aids and had a range of most items. I would recommend him to anyone unsure what to buy.

We contacted Sidmouth Mobility Services as we wanted a wheelchair for my husband but weren’t sure what. David was really helpful. After explaining our options in general terms, he was able to tell us what chairs he had in stock that might meet our needs. We visited him the same afternoon and two days later he delivered a very reasonably priced powered wheelchair to us. It has been brilliant and we are both enjoying the chance to get out and about together again.

The experience of dealing with David the owner has been excellent, and very relaxed! There is no hard selling, just honest and knowable sales - David has an engineering background that fully underpins the vehicles he is selling….The competitive selling prices are clearly displayed, and I took up the option of an no obligation test drive…Post purchase, the follow up has been great - I required a small adjustment (to suit my needs) and this was quickly completed. There is reassurance and hidden value of dealing with a company that knows the differing build qualities between manufactures and whom also service the vehicles…..In my opinion, Sidmouth Mobility Services is well worth checking out if you are looking for, value, a fair deal, and strong after sales support offering peace of mind (or just looking for a hire). David was recommended to me by another purchaser, and he doesn’t overly advertise ie his trade is built upon his reputation.
