Booked car in a week in advance for an oil change and it subsequently just sat there for three full working days without anything getting done. No apologies just told 'busy' so obliged to go elsewhere to a more competent garage that got it done no worries and now has my business forever more.

I brought a 2nd hand car from this garage. They were very helpful from start to finish. I test drove the car I wanted straight away on a bank holiday, even though they only had one member of staff in and were busy. Then my wife test drove it the next day and we brought it. It did take over a week for us to get the car, as they said there garage was quite busy and there was a wait to get it in. I took this as a good sign as they were obviously very popular. They gave the car a new MOT and a full service. I had raised concerns I had about rust on the brake discs, they changed both front and back, discs and pads. When collecting the car, it took less than 20 minutes. Very quick and efficient. After a week we realised the car was pulling to the left slightly, we called and the offered to fit us in that same day! We couldn't make it in that quick so came later in the week, problem was resolved very quickly and at no cost to us. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone

Bought a used car in January 2017, having retired from another Dealer. Every experience with this garage has been brilliant from first contact to them meeting pre-agreed deadlines. The car was even delivered to me in "darkest" Cornwall without charge. The staff I have spoken to have all been polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell. What a shame ALL garages aren't this professional. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again, or recommending them.
