Good facilities and excellent value for money

Used the spa today with my daughter. Easy to book, good communication. We both had a massage with Sarah. Sarah was really professional and extremely friendly. The spa was lovely and clean. Would recommend, 5 stars.

Called reception and they booked me in for later the same day. Friendly welcome when I arrived and I was taken to the spa. Sarah was friendly and very good. Lovely relaxing manicure and pedicure and well priced. Had a lovely couple of hours leaving everything behind for a nice chat and pamper. Nails look great and I would highly recommend. A special mention to the very nice facilities man who saw me outside sitting in a known seagull area and was about to come and warn me about getting "marked" just as I came inside for my appointment...glad I managed to get away suit free this time!

It is a nice little spa and you get it you yourself. However , we never got told an official time to come to the spa only our treatment time. So we came abit before then, and I only had around 10 minutes using the pool and sauna etc before my treatment. I didn’t get to use a shower after my treatment either which was poor. Then whilst my partner was having her treatment I had to go to a cafe because I wasn’t allowed to go back into the changing rooms or sauna etc. much better facilities elsewhere (harbour hotel). Didn’t get our moneys worth at all. Won’t be returning unfortunately

Really lovely hydro pool. Booked a session and was just my mother and I with the whole thing to ourselves. Very special and lovely. Recommend!

Went for my 40th birthday. It was lovely to have the whole spa to ourselves and we felt so relaxed afterwards.
