WOW! we are just home from a wonderful stay at Salcombe Regis Campsite. Patrick was very accommodating when adding an additional nights stay, the grounds and facilities are immaculate at all times. The dog exercise area is something else, with a bench perfectly positioned for a beautiful view whilst the dog has a run. We walked to the Donkey Sanctuary from the site and into Sidmouth (although this has a steep trip back!) Cannot recommend enough. Thank you guys and good luck with everything you do.

Exceptional people that run this place. Well kept and cannot do enough for you. We had forgotten our washing up liquid and the shops were closed but one of the staff Pete gave up his own supply to help us out. Then we needed an onion and the lady at reception kindly left her post to go to her accommodation to fetch us one from her kitchen. Well done we will be back.

Really well maintained site (even the substantial and fully enclosed dog walking area has relatively short grass). Bit of a walk into Sidmouth but various routes available, the cliff top walk has some stunning views so worth the extra effort. Relatively short drives to Exmouth, Lyme Regis & Seaton so good base to explore the area if you dont mind driving. Staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful and also stop for a chat. Not a huge amount of facilities on site (which we were aware of when booking) but there is small on site shop but not open late so best to stock up before you go (which they do tell you when you book). There are two main toilet and shower blocks on either side of the site with plenty of toilets and showers. These were clean and well kept for the duration of our stay. Ample water taps throughout the site (most pitches appeared to have a tap each). You also have the option for electric hook up pitch at point of booking. The donkey sanctuary is close enough to walk to with small kids. Recommended.

Beautiful and immaculate campsite, big pitches. The campsite feels very open, wide open green spaces. Super friendly staff. Great shower block facilities

I booked and paid for this campsite and subsequently received an email stating that my campervan had to have a fixed bed (tick) as well as a rear hatch or opening window for ventilation. Plenty of ventilation but no opening rear window. When I rang I was told it was due to health and safety! Really? They then cancelled my booking. In all my travels I’ve never encountered anything remotely like this.

Great campsite! Met at reception by the site managers who were very pleasant and welcoming. Lots of written information given about walks from the site, bus timetable and other useful information. Quiet site with a feeling of spaciousness. Toilet and shower facilities very clean. Would definitely come back again

What an absolute gem of a site, after a 6hr drive in the rain we got an extremely nice welcome, shown to our pitch and a very warm feel to the whole site. The site is ideally placed for those wanting to explore Devon and Dorset including the jurassic coast. Facilities wise the site was amazing, the toilets and shower blocks are second to non. We also used the laundry cleaning facilities which where a god send, we will definitely visit again.

We've just returned from a four night break with our three young children. This is one of the best campsites we have ever stayed on. The facilities are spotless and even over bank holiday weekend, we never had to queue. Pitch sizes are generous and instead of cramming in as many pitches as possible, there are large open spaces perfect for the children to play. The staff we encountered were always friendly and the whole site was immaculately clean. If you are searching for a peaceful site, then this is for you. After 10pm the whole site was quiet, allowing for star gazing and then an early night. There are fantastic walks from the site and it is an easy stroll across the fields to the nearby Donkey Sanctuary. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we were all sad to leave.

Had a couple of days over August bank holiday with the family. Great pitches, friendly staff, shop in site, table tennis table, football goal and volley ball net. Showers varied depending on which block you go to, although all were clean, one set of toilets was like a trip back to the 1980s and the other block was bang up to date. I guess you can't invest until you grow the business. Great place to stay. Good walks along the coastal path from here. Went for a beautiful walk through woods to Sidmouth. All good

We've just had 4 nights at this lovely site. The pitches are fab, big and very flat with plenty of room. There are some great walks from the site and the on site dog walk is one of the best we've seen. The staff are so friendly, from the ladies in the shop to the guys around the park. There is a laundry room with a large chest freezer if you need to store anything. Can't wait to return!
