Went in to see what upgrade option I had on my existing contract. Guy behind the counter immediately starts messing with my phone(later found out he was attempting to change my service provider without consent). He then comes back to me with an offer of a better deal with a new service provider. This was not what I wanted, so I repeated what I was there for and he then proceeds to look up a better offer and offers me a refurbished phone that came with no box or supplied accessories. There was clearly a language barrier issue, as I could not have made myself any clearer. In the end I just walked out as it felt like I was bashing my head against a brick wall. Total waste of my time…would not recommend. I also didn’t like the fact that he had his friend loitering around the counter making me feel uncomfortable. Not a great experience…

Problem solved. Had to change to new mobile urgently. Panic stations as I am not very IT competent. Went to Fonehouse and they did a full data transfer in 30 minutes at great price. All working great so thanks Fonehouse. Paul Williams Seaton

Excellent advice and service delivered patiently and clearly to my husband today who came in with two old phones. Came out extremely satisfied with the outcome (switched SIM cards) and no money spent! Brilliant staff!

I visited the Go Mobile shop in Sidmouth High Street and was attended to by a lovely gentleman called Nuno. He set my new phone up in no time and transferred all my contacts and photos to my new phone. Nuno was really helpful and pleasant, a real asset to your company. He made what I thought was a very complicated procedure, very easy. Thank you once again Nuno.

Telmo and his colleagues are fantastic. I've found them extremely helpful and they know EVERYTHING about mobile phones! I've used them 3 or 4 times now and I will never go back to dealing directly with a network. First class service, thank you. NB May 2019 update - really bad experience last week... I recently bought a new phone from them and was assured the compulsory insurance wold be cancelled after 24 hours but I spotted a £7.99 charge on my account. I went in to sort it out and admittedly I was in a bad mood about it. But the guy on the desk really lacked customer service skills - he really couldn't have cared less. He came across as completely disinterested, telling me to go to my bank to sort it out. No doubt he would say I was rude and I admit I was really disappointed / unhappy. Nuno & Jack (and Telmo before them) are brilliant and there's no doubt I will use them again. But, this guy needs some serious customer services training.

I am writing on behalf of my elderly Mum. In 2016 she purchased a contract from this shop for a very ,very basic phone.She paid approx £16 a month ( expensive) . In 2018 her contract was due for renewal, instead of recommending a SIM only or pay as you go ,as phone was still perfectly adequate they sold her a new contract for MORE money! After speaking to myself she went in to question what she was paying for the gentleman????? Answered 'You signed the contract '. My Mum is 83 and can only just text! Since then I checked both contracts she should have received a new phone when the second contract was issued which she didn't need and never actually received. After contacting ee the issue has been resolved, no thanks to go mobile Sidmouth. We won't be going there again.

Absolute rubish after buying phone case and split 2 weeks after and wount replace. If I could I would put 0 stars.10 pound down the drain do not buy there dogy items.!!
