Only computer shop in Sidmouth town centre! Very helpful lady who helped me out straight away in my hour of need! Would recommend if you’re interested in anything IT or electronics. Good range of headphones etc…

Helen is always so very helpful. A few days ago I was needing to send some important documents Special Delivery at the Post Office in Sidmouth. I just wanted to pop down and get it sent. The Post Office wouldn't help me/sell me 1 envelope and there weren't any A4 cardboard ones either. They suggested I go to The Works. No luck there. So off I went in the heat down to Sidsoft. No problem there!! Helen opened a pack of A4 envelopes and sold me one!! Thankyou Helen.

Our computer was failing to boot up. Family photographs were at risk due to coincidental failure of a backup drive. I dropped the computer off at 3pm. By 10am the following day the computer was repaired with all personal data retained on the pc and backed up on a new external drive. Service was friendly, competent and reasonably priced. Thank you!

I use this shop regularly for my own computer needs and more often for those of the local Memory Cafe. Helen is always friendly and helpful and has helped our charity in every way she can. Her advice is always good and very much appreciated. As I am definitely not a computer expert, this little shop is a real asset.

A really lovely little shop in Sidmouth that has expanded so much in the last three years. Helen is always happy to help you with anything. If she doesn't have it in stock then she can nearly always get it for you. If your in town then it is worth a visit.
