They have some ridiculous pricing. I've bought a Joe Brown dress, on so called '- 20% offer'. Paid 75 pounds to then find out that the same dress on Joe Browns site costed 42 pounds. Not a great experience.

Fantastic shop with surprisingly good prices and lovely range of stock. Ideal for a browse and some great gifts. Cafe staff and food both excellent. Next time in Sidmouth I will be back ☺️

We had a very enjoyable lunch at Fields yesterday. We were all pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of the menu. The soup was lovely and the sandwiches generous and tasty. So much better than when we last ate here several years ago when there was still table service. Ver efficient and helpful staff. We did think the choice of cakes could be improved. We will definitely use the cafe more frequently now.

Lovely quality shop! Lots of Christmas gifts. I spent a couple of hours here and bought a few presents, the cafe is very nice too very friendly, helpful staff as well I will be back soon.

Went to the cafe and a little disappointed. Used to be table service but now we have to queue and order at the counter. A retrograde move which has taken away the former charm of the place. What a shame.

I met the most delightful shop assistant Ros Green, who helped me with a purchase for skin care. It was for someone with a very specific issue and I found this lady was professional but also extremely knowledgeable about the product, she also gave me further information which has been immensely helpful. She does Fields proud. She is an excellent ambassador of customer service and was a delight to deal with. Thank god in this day and age we still have people like this working in out shops. She is a credit to you.

Lovely shop with lots of different clothes, perfumes, Christmas gifts lol. We went in the cafe and sandwiches were full of flavour.

Fantastic service in the shoe department,lady couldn't have been more helpful,gave my dog a treat and even held my dog so I could try the shoes on

Service excellent lady in linen depth. Was most helpful and so pleasant. Had a problem with item bought as we do not live in Sidmouth item was brought to our home and faulty item was taken back and New one delivered well done Fields customer service excellent.
