I ordered our 1st delivery of logs today and was feeling nervous as I have a disabled husband and I would be the one moving them to store. Needn't have worried as Gerry the driver was brilliant. Punctual, friendly, patient, helpful in deciding where to off load.. A real credit to your company

Ordering the type of logs I wanted was easy and straightforward. I paid extra for stacking and I'm glad that I did. It would have taken me a long time and I wouldn't have been able to stack them as effectively as the driver. It's a very tight squeeze, to get a vehicle to our garage, but the driver managed it. He was friendly, professional and respectful. I like to support local businesses. From an environmental perspective, it's good that the logs come from local tree surgery. For me they tick every box. I can't recommend Devon logs highly enough. From start to finish everything was perfect. Will definitely use them again.

I have had two orders of kiln dried logs. The first lot was pretty dry. The second lot are dry on the outside, but the internal moisture content is 23-25% which is considerably higher than properly kiln dried logs I have had from other suppliers. As a result, my pizza oven does not get as hot. Gave three stars however as the service is friendly.

We had our first delivery of hard and soft logs yesterday. Very impressed. Load size was a lot larger than We expected so excellent value for money. Far better value than We were receiving from our previous supplier. Delivery men were wonderful very polite and helpful. So impressed we have recommended Devon Logs to our neighbour. I have used Devon Logs for 3 years. Impressed with their prompt delivery - always at the time promised. A good selection of both hard and soft wood. Regular emailed newsletter - keeps me informed. I would recommend them to you. A reliable service which is quite something. Wood can be cut to length you require - important for the small wood burners. The tipping landrover drops in one go. No need to wait for the off loading by hand. This year Bruce has kept customers informed of special loads of specific timber eg ash. Keep it going!

I shopped around my area, Hemyock, for the best value log supplier. Devon Logs are the best value by far. I have a huge wood burner which supplies central heating and hot water, and wanted something very specific (large pine logs). Devon Logs delivered exactly what I wanted, and provided advice on storage which I now follow. Fast, efficient, excellent value. My heating costs are half what they were when I used oil.

I ordered two loads of mixed hardwood logs from the Devon Logs website, I was called by Bruce within an hour to confirm a delivery time and to confirm payment. The delivery was made by Bruce in person at the time agreed. The logs are exactly as described and as I expected. I will certainly be using Devon Logs in the future for my winter log supply.
