I cannot put into words how amazing this practise is, we’ve used them for a few years and always met with brilliant care and love for our animals, today we had to have our amazing cat put to sleep and the care and compassion we received from Richard talking us through and allowing time to say goodbye was outstanding, we will forever be grateful

After my last vet told me my dog had no chance of survival and was going to die a painful death, I decided to try for a second opinion. Sidmouth Veterinary Practice proved them wrong; they saved my dog’s life. She’s had cancer for a few years now and her lump had grown so big that it had burst and started to get infected. My last vets wouldn’t touch her as they said she was too old and wouldn’t make it. They just advised me to put her down or she will die from infection. I knew my baby wasn’t ready to go, and I can’t thank Sidmouth Veterinary Practice enough for not letting her die. They’ve turned all our lives around. Not only did they do what I’d thought was impossible in saving her, but they also made us feel so comfortable and treated my dog with such compassion which was unseen at my last vets. Thank you to everyone at Sidmouth Veterinary practice, especially Hayley and Richard. You’re all life-savers.

Richard Jones is the most professional & friendly Vet I have ever came across.He knows exactly what he is doing and doesn't mess about,he is straight about & is not about money. The whole crew is well trained and professional, very friendly and supportive.100% highly recommend.

We changed vets after this practice messed up what should have been a straight forward procedure on our dog, and failed to correct the problem. this led to unnecessary suffering for him, as we were advised to have a further corrective operation at our new practice.

We were in Devon to attend a Memorial Dinner and our little 13 yr old rescue dog Barney was taken seriously ill. We contacted this practice in a real panic as we were away from our home in Sussex. Richard was prompt efficient professional and compassionate in our hour of need. Sadly Barney died but his last hours were made comfortable by this caring man. Thank you.
