We had on old and worn engagement ring that would have been expensive to repair. We took our design ideas into Banwells and they very tastefully re-worked the diamonds, sapphire and gold from the ring into a very stylish drop pendant. The finished article was better than we had hoped. We have purchased other items from Banwells recently and also had rings resized too. The service is always excellent.

I dropped my mothers ring in for repair after a stone had fallen out. The Banwells staff were an absolute delight. Very friendly but professional and classy. They ran a swift service and kept me updated on whether the ring was salvageable. The result was they fixed the stone for a very good price and the ring was returned highly polished like a gleaming new ring!
