Had a leaking stop valve, phoned Kingdons, very responsive and professional. Arrived within 2 hours and replaced valve. Really pleased with the great service

David arrived well within the allocated time frame. He was courteous and respected the request to use footwear protection (which he had brought with him) as wooden floor recently laid. Very professional outfit, from telephone manner, to survey and onto installation. In addition, they were extremely accommodating when wanting the new boiler fitted just before Christmas when moving into our new flat. Price was more than competitive, as although £140 more expensive than the nearest quote it was in fact for a higher specification, and for a Worcester-Bosch I figured it was a steal! The boiler itself is brilliant and as long as I have it serviced annually a 10 year guarantee is included. Can't fault A&S Kingdom Ltd: just brilliant!

Our boiler stopped working on a cold day, Alan kindly and efficiently organised an engineer to come and fix it within hours. The service was quick and the price was very competitive. A very big thank you to Alan and his team.

A S Kingdon first cancelled an appointment 5 mins before they were due to arrive wasting my time. Second attempt they turned up wasted more of my time running over the Job. A S Kingdon did not have the courtesy to come back to me. Make your own decision, I did however find an excellent sidmouth plumber who carried out the work promptly, efficiently and within budget Jack Knight.

Amazing service, contacted A & S Kingdoms Just after lunch about our caravan water heater at Ladram Bay. Within a couple of hours Andrew was on site diagnosing the fault, within half an hour parts were ordered. The very next day Andrew phoned again to say it was all fixed. Thank you so much and no disruption to the guests staying in the van at the time.
