From the in store customer service to the delivery, they are just so perfect! Punctual in returning calls and resolving any requests/issues. Kept their promises to delivery in a feasible time range. And the two delivery men who drove all the way up from Devon to the north are simply wonderful! We saw a beautiful rug in the window but were on holiday in Sidmouth. Joseph was so helpful, phoning the supplier for us. A few emails later and the rug now adorns our lounge. Joseph was very accommodating, this is customer service at its best, it's a shame this gem of a store is a 4 hour drive!
