Met Matt today What a breath of fresh air. He was really patient and helpful calm and precise with his instructions for me.

I would like to congratulate the staff present on my visit to this store today, Friday 4th November, 5pm re the collection of prescription's for my wife and myself. They were both professional and efficient in their approach to me. Also, I was impressed that they were all wearing face coverings which I regarded sensible as we approach winter and the probability of a greater risk of viral infections such as Covid and influenza

Always provide excellent service and constant help should any issues arise.

Don't visit this store unless you enjoy dealing with rude staff who speak to you like dirt.

Always polite, friendly and helpful staff who will go the extra mile for you if you have any questions etc. Good selection of stock. Although part of a large chain of shops, the Woolbrook branch has the 'corner shop' atmosphere that is rare to find these days. Keep up the great work! .

Unlike so many large impersonal Boots shops this small but perfectly formed store is second to none. They will always try to help you and go the extra mile to make sure your shopping trip is a success. The pharmacy section is routinely well stocked and the staff are polite and very efficient. I only wish more chemists were as well run as this shop

Woolbrook road Boots is a small but perfectly well run store, has many regular customers of which I am one. The warm welcome you get when you arrive in the store is second to none, just a very friendly helpful professional team. The shop is always well stocked and clean. Staff consistently deliver excellent service and always pleased to see you. They offer a fabulous service with in the pharmacy department, as I am a carer for my husband his meds are extremely important, the pharmacist is always on hand to give advice and shows empathy to her customers. At times when they are busy they still keep you informed as to how long and always apologetic for even a small wait that you have, in my mind it is better to be acknowledged than not at all. Well done Woolbrook Boots it is a pleasure to shop with you. Thank you.
