Quality of care has really improved with the new management. The staff are more motivated to continue providing quality care and support, improving quality of life and promoting residents’ independence. The activities team have deviced more engaging activities taking things a notch higher for the benefit of the residents.

My grandma is at the home. This is the most wonderful, caring home I could recommend to anyone. Staff are lovely, environment is clean. She has been there for over 3 months now and they all really looked after her and me. The home manager is great and very supportive. I couldn’t ask for better place for her!

Vale View Heights, very good place to work and friendly staff, the residents are lovely and it’s a pleasure to spend time with them. The care team is able to reach the resident’s needs and I am confident we can progress as a team and be stronger to achieve new challenges.

Vale View Heights - Has been a godsend and blessing to my life ... Ever since when my mother was admitted the staff have been nothing short of amazing with my mother. Because I'm abroad on business most of the time.. having the peace of mind that all the staff at Vale view heights bring me is just so reassuring. I am so happy and feel so grateful that my mother is in such amazing hands. My mother was a professional carer for most of her life so I grew up around care for the elderly and I know what it takes to deliver amazing and loving care because i saw my mother do it for many years. Vale View Heights is by far the best nursing home in terms of care and standards that I have ever personally witnessed and i feel so grateful to all the staff who work so hard to care for all the residents. Having dreaded the thought of our dear David, Dad going into a Nursing Home, what a wonderful experiennce awaited us! Your Staff could not have done more , or been more loving towards us if they tried.
