Alison was amazing! She was so friendly and professional. We telephoned her and told her our dilemma. We had arrived at Sidmouth (on an organised trip) to visit the donkey sanctuary only to be told we had to make our own way. We tried several companies all of whom either didn't answer or couldn't help. Alison answered straight away and was professional from the get go she arrived to collect us within 20 minutes and we even arranged our return journey. On return she arrived on time to the agreed pick up place. She had great knowledge of the area and was so helpful. If we visit Sidmouth again we will definitely be using this company! We always use Ian when we need a taxi, which isn't too often. But we love to hire him for our Airport Trips. He's on the money and such a lovely chap to spend a few hours in the car with on such a long journey. The best bit is the return leg when you do not feel like doing anything. Ian meets us at the arrivals gate and takes care of everything, even stopping for a coffee if we need one! It's especially wonderful to have a back rub on the long journey home if you are lucky enough to sit in the powered passenger seat! Great work as always Ian and thanks for picking us up from our recent African Trip.
